These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.inglaze.in (the "Website") and any enquiry, quotation, order or online payment made through it. The Website is operated by InGlaze, the window and door systems division of the In-Land Group, with offices in Bangalore, Mangalore and Belgaum, India. By browsing the Website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Products and Customisation
InGlaze's uPVC and aluminium window and door systems are custom-manufactured to the measurements, configuration, glazing and finish agreed for your specific project. Colours, finishes and images shown on the Website, in the catalogue or in marketing material are for illustration purposes; the actual product may vary slightly due to natural material, lighting, screen display or manufacturing tolerances.
2. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, typically 15–30 days unless a different validity is mentioned. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed against a valid quotation. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged extra unless stated as inclusive.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only once InGlaze has received a signed quotation or order confirmation and the advance payment specified in it. The balance amount is payable as per the schedule mentioned in your order confirmation or invoice, typically before or at the time of delivery/installation. Online payments made through the Website are processed by a third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateway; InGlaze does not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
4. Site Measurement and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate access for site measurement and installation, and for informing InGlaze of any structural or site conditions relevant to the order. Delays or additional costs arising from incorrect site information, restricted site access, or incomplete civil/carpentry work at site may affect delivery timelines and final pricing.
5. Delivery and Installation Timelines
Timelines communicated at the time of order are indicative and may vary depending on project scale, site readiness, the extent of customisation, or events beyond InGlaze's reasonable control (see Force Majeure below). InGlaze will keep you informed of any material change to the agreed timeline.
6. Warranty
InGlaze systems carry the warranty period stated on your invoice or warranty card for the specific product ordered. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential or commercial use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or repair, natural wear and tear, external impact (including glass breakage from external force), exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use, or issues arising from accessories/fittings not supplied or approved by InGlaze.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of orders and refund of payments are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, product designs, images, brochures, logos and trademarks — belongs to InGlaze and/or the In-Land Group and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InGlaze's liability arising out of an order is limited to the value of that specific order. InGlaze is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or from a product or installation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
InGlaze is not responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamity, fire, strikes, government action or restriction, or supplier/logistics disruption.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to, or use, third-party services such as maps, the payment gateway, and social media platforms. InGlaze is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy
Personal information you share through enquiry forms, quotations, orders or payments is used only to respond to your enquiry, process your order and provide related services, and is not sold to third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
InGlaze may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Website or placement of a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
