Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to custom uPVC and aluminium window and door orders, and any other paid services, booked and paid for (in full or as an advance) through www.inglaze.in or through InGlaze's Bangalore, Mangalore or Belgaum offices. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Confirmation

An order is treated as confirmed only once InGlaze has received (a) a signed quotation or order confirmation covering the agreed measurements, configuration, glazing and finish, and (b) the advance payment specified in that quotation — whether paid online through the Website's payment gateway or through any other mode approved by InGlaze.

2. Cancellation Before Manufacturing Begins

Every InGlaze uPVC and aluminium window or door system is custom-manufactured to the exact measurements, configuration, glazing and finish selected for your project. For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accepted before manufacturing/production of your order has started. To request a cancellation, write to info@inglaze.in or call your servicing InGlaze office, quoting your order or invoice number, as soon as possible and in any case before production begins.

3. Deductions on a Valid Cancellation

Where a cancellation is accepted before production start, InGlaze may deduct the reasonable cost of consultation, site measurement, design work and any material already procured or cut specifically for your order, before processing the balance as a refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation After Manufacturing Has Started

Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Profiles, glass and hardware are cut and fabricated to your specific project dimensions and cannot be resold or reused for another order.

5. Rescheduling or Cancelling Site Visits and Installation

Consultation, measurement and installation appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If the site is inaccessible or unattended on a confirmed appointment date without prior notice, a revisit charge may apply.

6. Force Majeure

Where an order needs to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond InGlaze's reasonable control — such as natural calamity, strikes, government restrictions, or supplier disruption — InGlaze will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resolve the matter in line with this policy, on a case-by-case basis.
